Compare the cost of heating with AC against an LPG gas heater. Simply replace the default settings in the blue boxes by entering your own unit costs for gas and electricity, before setting your estimated hourly demand (kw) and normal hourly usage.

By default, the air conditioner's SCOP value has been set to an average of 4.60, but this can be changed up or down, according to the model specifications.
