Low cost Heating & Cooling

Single Room Systems
Single room systems (Mini-splits) are comprised of an indoor fan unit connected to a dedicated outdoor unit, available in a variety of sizes to suit individual room requirements.
These types of systems are ideal for single room applications such as open-plan living areas and bedrooms.
Multi-Room Solutions
Multi-split systems are comprised of a single outdoor unit fitted with multiple connection ports, that allows between 2 and 6 indoor fan units to run simultaneously.
These multi-room systems are ideal for park and leisure homes, where 2 or 3 way systems are frequently used to service the main living area, master and spare bedrooms.
High Wall Fan Units
High wall systems draw air through the top of the indoor fan unit, which pass over filters before entering the fan coil. Air is then heated or cooled and blown back into the room through controllable flaps at the base.,
High wall units provide unrestricted room coverage and help to save essential floorspace.
Low Wall (Console) Fan Units
Low wall fan units draw air through the front panel, which passes through a filter before entering the fan coil. Air is then heated or cooled and blown back out through controllable flaps and vanes at the top of the unit.
Often reffered to as "Console" units, these compact systems are ideal for mounting under windows and other low wall areas.
Built-in Wifi Control
Air conditioning packages from Parkhouse include infrared remote control handsets and built-in Wi-fi to provide total control from any location.
Take control of your aircon system using a smartphone, tablet or compatible voice activation device, including Alexa and Google Home.

Our air conditioning packages are professionally designed to ensure the minimum cooling and heating ouputs will comfortably maintain room temperatures all year round.
System sizes are calculated based on room dimensions, thermal insulation properties and the number of windows exposed to direct sunlight, ensuring each room can be heated and cooled effectively and efficiently.

Peace of mind Warranties
Parkhouse offers a range of warranties ranging from 3 years and up to 10 years, dependant on the system manufacturer. Whilst most warranties offer replacement parts only, we offer additonal packages to include both parts and labour.
Warranties are subject to servicing by a qualified Parkhouse engineer.
