Following the first heatwave over the May Bank Holiday, we have experienced an unprecedented surge in enquiries. We are genuinely grateful for the level of interest in our services, but we are also very sorry that the sheer volume of enquiries means we are unable to respond to everyone as quickly as we would like.
Despite increasing our installation capacity and working through enquiries as quickly as possible, we are now booking new installations several months in advance. As a result, we may not be able to respond to every new enquiry, and we sincerely apologise if we are unable to contact you.
This exceptional level of demand has also led to significant shortages of air conditioning equipment across the UK, with many suppliers experiencing limited or no stock availability. Fortunately, through careful planning and our long-standing relationships with our suppliers, we secured a substantial stock of main systems and accessories well in advance of the summer season.
As things currently stand, we have sufficient equipment to fulfil all of our existing commitments, together with enough additional stock to support new installations through to the end of October.
If your enquiry is time-sensitive and you require an installation in the near future, we would encourage you to contact another reputable air conditioning specialist rather than wait for a response from us.
